Early November was the time for us to pick our grapes and start the production of our 2008 wine at home.
The vine is ready with both red and white grapes
It is a good crop this year
The yield is good
First they are crushed...........
.......then put in the press
The press is prepared.....
...and now is ready for the pressing
The juice flows and the first step is complete.
The final total was 100 litres which now is left to ferment. The first taste will be on St Martin's day in mid November. More to follow soon...
