Slovenia Real Estate is the realisation of a dream that began back in the early 1980s. Having fallen in love with the country, its people and organised many holidays for a multitude of UK citizens, joining the EU has enabled us to develop our vision even further.

We are financially strong with an investment background and not an internet based property collection portal but a licenced operation with our feet firmly on the ground both in the UK and Slovenia. All our Slovene staff are English speaking but should you prefer there will nearly always be a member of staff available whose first language is English.

Whilst being a company first set up in 2005 our operation has in excess of 30 years experience in land and property. We also have a network of associates throughout Slovenia to cover the areas where we do not have in depth local knowledge.

Our approach is straightforward whilst also very forward thinking but we place the greatest value on integrity. Our aim is to be totally transparent and build long term relationships with our clients based on mutual respect and trust. To us, every client whether Slovene or otherwise and every home is individual and deserves a bespoke service. We believe it is better to do a few things really well, rather than several things adequately. Consequently we direct all our energy towards giving clients expert, honest advice on the buying and selling of Slovene property. We nevertheless have a network of companies we can recommend for all your other property needs.

As a local company all of our staff have a strong interest in the business. They live in the community and know all the properties that we have on our books. We work hard to establish and maintain local goodwill which is paramount to us. There have been many cases in other countries where foreigners buying up local property have caused resentment. By using our combined experience and contacts, we hope to provide a bridge of understanding between local and foreign expectations.
