Our service is "unique" in that I was a founding partner of the first Slovene Real Estate agency with licensed agents (April 2005) set up with a view to assisting non Slovene buyers with offices and personnel both in Slovenia and the UK. Our UK office and our Slovene managed office will liaise and negotiate on your behalf with all sellers and our partner agents in Slovenia providing you with a consistency of service which you will not receive by dealing direct. We will remove the element of risk by independently working for you and provide a bridge of understanding between both cultures. We also manage and communicate clearly any possible differences in expectation levels and ensure as far as possible that things run smoothly.

Much time and expense is wasted by buyers from the UK making numerous trips to Slovenia before they actually know what and where they would like to buy. Sometimes more time is also wasted on attempting to buy property incorrectly presented and that realistically can not be bought. We aim to speed things up as much as possible by clearly understanding your needs from the outset and only presenting properties which can be bought without too many problems. We also work hard to provide you with creative funding partners and ideas.

The cost of our "unique" licensed service is more than covered by any savings we negotiate on your behalf and the hassle free and time efficient way in which we conduct our business.
